Delivery
My Wish is proud to partner with Jeebly to deliver all online orders.
Shipping
Delivery is free of charge on all orders above AED 149.
Standard delivery charges: 15 AED.
A single order may be split into multiple shipments, depending on the availability of the item and/or weight limits for parcels imposed by the courier.
Cancel Order
We completely realize that occasionally you may decide to change your mind about the purchase you made. If this happens, simply follow the instructions below to cancel your order.
As long as the order hasn’t been processed by our warehouse staff, you can cancel it through My Account (if the order has been processed, you will see status – Processing).
Orders that have already been processed but not sent should call our customer service team at 0501234567 to cancel them. As long as the order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll do all in our power to cancel it.
Order cancellations that occur after shipment will be handled as returns. For more details, please see the section below about returns.
Return Order
You have five days from the date of delivery to return any items you purchased from my-wish.ae if you’re not quite happy with them.
Please log into your profile on our website to return things that you have purchased with prepaid credit. Contact customer service for assistance with the return if you haven’t set up a profile on our website. After a careful quality inspection and warehouse acceptance, the reimbursement typically takes 10–14 working days.
Contact customer service for assistance with returns of COD orders. Following their arrival in our warehouse and a successful quality check, refunds for all COD items typically arrive within 10 to 14 working days.
Process for returning orders:
Registered user
In order to proceed to return a request from your account in the section “My account” and “My orders”, by clicking on “Order Details” and “Refund”, Then click on “Refund”, you will receive an email confirming your return details. Following this, you will receive a phone call from our courier company Aramex to schedule collection of your parcel. The return label will be provided by the courier company, so you do not need to write the return address.
Guest user
For prepaid purchases, you may return your purchased items from your profile being a registered user. If you have not created a profile on our website, please contact customer support to help you with the return. Refund usually takes from 10-14 working days for all prepaid orders.
For COD orders, please contact customer support to help you with the return. Refund usually takes from 10-14 working days for all COD orders post receiving them in our warehouse passing a successful quality check.
Please be noted that some products might be non-returnable.
We will bear the costs of the courier for returning the products only if you use our selected courier service provider & follow steps mentioned above.
We invite you to reuse the packaging your order was shipped in to proceed with the return. All products must be returned to us unused and in the same condition as received, in their original box and packaging, along with the original invoice.
We will not accept any returns if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with.
All items not complying with our return policy will be held at our facilities. It is the customer’s responsibility to organize a collection by a courier company if such product is requested to be returned to a customer.
We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly.
Refund
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
Credit Card orders – upon successful quality check, the bank will issue your refund within up to 10 days. Please contact Customer Service only if you have not received a refund after 14 working days.
